The goal of this site is to serve as a collection of project journals. I usually work on several things in parallel on-and-off, and in these journals I write about the progress I make, problems I encounter, things I need to investigate, etc. Sometimes, maybe, I'll write that something is actually done. Don't expect well-written, polished posts or tutorial-style guides, but brain-dump-type journal entries, quickly written at the end of the day.
A little bit about me: I am a software architect by day, and work for a large corporation. But although I enjoy my job tremendously it doesn't scratch my maker-itch. So in my free time I make things, often combining electronics, 3D-printed parts and a little software. I don't impose any sort of schedule or deadlines on my projects, and tend to work on several unrelated things in parallel. Sometimes a project fails completely, and some of my projects are never completed. While I used to feel guilty about that I realized at some point that this is totally fine. For me the journey is at least as interesting as the destination, and I always learn new things along the way.
